What SDA does

SDA holds a curated portfolio of .ai, .io and .com names across six categories: AI agents and applied AI; AI evaluation, safety and governance; AI infrastructure and orchestration; quantitative and trading systems; security and trust; and quantum and advanced computing. Each name is chosen for category relevance, naming strength and timing.

Selected names are published with full acquisition briefs on the Selected assets page. Most of the portfolio stays private: relevant names are shared with a buyer after a short inquiry.

What SDA does not do

  • It does not buy domains, and offers to sell domains to SDA are not reviewed.
  • It does not broker, list or appraise domains owned by others.
  • It does not publish prices; terms are agreed privately.

Who runs it

The portfolio is held and curated by a single principal with more than 12 years in software engineering, most recently at director level, including hands-on work building AI tools and systems. Buyers deal with the owner directly, with no chain of intermediaries.

The principal is not named publicly as a matter of policy. Ownership is verified where it matters: during diligence and the escrow-backed transfer, where the registrar and the escrow provider confirm control of the domain before funds move.

How a purchase works

  1. Inquiry. Tell SDA the name or category you want, who you are buying for, and your timeline.
  2. Terms. Qualified buyers receive asset details and pricing privately, then agree terms.
  3. Escrow and transfer. The buyer pays Escrow.com, SDA transfers the domain, and funds are released only after the buyer confirms receipt.

The full process, step by step, is in How buying a premium domain actually works.

Frequently asked questions

Who is Solanki Digital Assets?

Solanki Digital Assets (SDA) is a principal-owned seller of premium domain names. It holds .ai, .io and .com names across AI agents, AI evaluation and governance, AI infrastructure, quantitative and trading systems, security and quantum computing, and sells them directly to companies through escrow-backed transfer.

Is Solanki Digital Assets a domain broker?

No. SDA sells only names from its own portfolio. It does not broker, list, appraise or buy domains owned by others, so offers to sell domains to SDA are not reviewed.

How do I know a purchase from SDA is safe?

Purchases complete through Escrow.com. The buyer pays the escrow agent, SDA transfers the domain through the registrar, and the funds are released to SDA only after the buyer confirms the domain is in their account.

Does SDA publish prices?

No. Pricing for each name is shared privately after a short inquiry, so terms can reflect the buyer's use and timing.
